Red Wine Grilled Lamb Chops

Tips:
1. The lamb chops I bought have fatty meat, so you don't need to cook them with oil. If they are very thin, they need to be cooked with oil;

3. If you don't like spicy food, don't add chopped pepper sauce. The lamb chops grilled with red wine are not mutated and very fragrant. They are also delicious without adding chopped pepper sauce.
