Red Wine Simmered Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce to marinate for half an hour.

Slice green onion and ginger and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add ginger slices, add chicken wings, and fry.

Fry on both sides until slightly yellow, pour in appropriate amount of wine.

Add the chopped green onions, pour some cooking wine and light soy sauce.

Simmer for a while, when the soup is reduced, pour in an appropriate amount of water starch and bring to a boil.
Tips:
1. Cut a few small cuts on the chicken wings for better taste, and marinate for a while longer.
2. The wine made by myself is very sweet, so no sugar is added.
