Red Yeast Two-color Toast

Original dough: 130g high-gluten flour + 15g quinoa flour.

Red curved dough: 140g high-gluten flour + 15g quinoa flour.

Place 10g sugar and 1g salt on the diagonal, and 2g yeast in the middle. Pour in red yeast rice powder and 15ml corn oil.

Start the kneading procedure according to the water absorption of the flour.

After the program ends, one shot will be carried out at room temperature.

The original dough is fermented.

The red curved dough is fermented.

Take out the two pieces of dough and vent.

Divide them into thirds and relax for about 15 minutes.

Roll out the red curved surface, add goji berries and raisins.

Close up and make all three. (It doesn't matter if the plain dough does not completely cover the red curved dough.)
