Reduced Fat Mashed Potatoes

Boil the potatoes and press them into puree after they are cooked;

Chop onions and carrots (optional: lettuce, ham sausage);

Heat up a pan, put a little oil, add the various "crushed" and cooked corn kernels in the previous step, add salt and vegetable essence and stir for a while, pour the mashed potatoes, mix well, and serve, oh la!
