When the summer season arrives, all kinds of cold dishes will come out. For the spice-loving spirits, no matter how they drop, they should make a pot of chili oil and sit in the kitchen. I bought Sichuan chili powder, green pepper and spices online, and brought my own rapeseed oil. Everything is ready. Let's find some free time on the weekend to refine chili oil.
Sichuan pepper is bright in color, thick in meat and seeds, rich in spicy taste, unique in fragrance, rich in capsaicin and volatile aromatic oil, and also contains a variety of vitamins required by the human body. It is appetizing and refreshing after eating, dispelling cold and dehumidifying, and enhances Appetite is a unique condiment. Together with the chili oil added with sesame and green pepper, let it settle for more than 24 hours, so that the aroma of the chili can penetrate into the oil. Use it to make cold dishes, or other flavors, and it will taste better.

Tips:

1: When scallions and spices are put in the pot, do not use water, otherwise it is easy to splash oil and cause burns.
2: The temperature of the oil should not be too high. If it is too high, the pepper will become black and scorched.
3: When the spices are slightly yellow, turn off the heat and remove the spices. Of course, if you like, you can add the spice directly to the chili powder.
