Refined Chili Oil

All kinds of ingredients are prepared.

Chili powder, green pepper, white sesame seeds, put them in an enamel pot.

Pour rapeseed oil into the pot.

Prepare a spice bag, which contains star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, grass fruit, cumin, etc. Cut green onions into small pieces.

When the oil is 50% hot, put the scallions and spices into the pot.

When the spices are slightly yellow, turn off the heat, scoop the oil with a spoon, and pour it into the pepper bowl.

Boil about 1/3 of the oil into the pepper bowl and stir evenly.

When the warm oil drops, pour in the remaining oil and stir evenly.

Bottle it after standing still.
Tips:
1: When scallions and spices are put in the pot, do not use water, otherwise it is easy to splash oil and cause burns.
2: The temperature of the oil should not be too high. If it is too high, the pepper will become black and scorched.
3: When the spices are slightly yellow, turn off the heat and remove the spices. Of course, if you like, you can add the spice directly to the chili powder.
