Refreshing and Delicious-------------------radish Chicken Soup

All materials are ready.

Wash the radish and cut into pieces with a hob. Wash the chicken and chop into small pieces.

Heat the soup pot, add a small amount of cooking oil, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Put the chicken pieces in the pan and stir fry for a while.

About 2 minutes or so, the chicken will turn white and dry, and add 2 bowls of water after it is fragrant.

After the water is boiled, skim the foam.

Add the washed candied dates and goji berries and boil in a pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat.

When half of the soup is consumed, add the radish cubes and cook for another 5 minutes.

After the radishes are soft, add an appropriate amount of salt, sprinkle with coriander, and then turn off the heat to serve.
Tips:
1. Because the rooster is selected, the chicken will be very soft and rotten if the stewing time is less than one hour.
2. Add a small amount of oil to the chicken, stir fry and simmer to make it more fragrant.
