Refreshing and Tender Fried Chicken with Ginger

The purchased chicken thighs were cut into pieces by the merchant and soaked in clean water for cleaning.

Prepare Laiwu turmeric.

Wash ginger and cut into thin slices;

Add rice wine, light soy sauce and ginger slices to the chicken, mix well, and marinate for 5-6 hours. I marinated it in advance the night before and made it the next morning.

Wash the garlic cloves and slice them for later use;

Wash the hair onions and cut them for later use.

Heat oil in a pot, add garlic slices and sauté;

Pour in the chicken nuggets and stir fry evenly until the chicken is discolored.

Pour in ginger slices and stir well.

Pour the juice of the marinated chicken and stir-fry well.

Add rice wine and light soy sauce, stir well;

Add oyster sauce;

Add black pepper and stir well;

Add onion, stir-fry; simmer for 3 minutes.

The soup is slightly dry and ready to be put on a plate and served on the table.
Tips:
1. Eat ginger in moderation. Eating more can cause symptoms such as dry mouth, sore throat, and constipation;
2. Marinate the chicken for at least 6 hours, so that the ginger flavor can come out;
3. The seasoning during frying can be increased or decreased according to personal preference;
4. If you like spicy taste, add chili oil or chili sauce.
