Refreshing Cucumber

The ingredients are prepared; the cucumber should be kept in the refrigerator for more than 2-3 hours. The cucumber should be cleaned, sour peppers and garlic should be peeled and patted.

Put it on the chopping board and cut it in half with a knife, then pat it apart, and then cut it into pieces.

Put it in the dish, add salt, garlic, and chili to marinate for ten minutes. The cucumber will marinate out of water. Pour out the water in the dish. Add the prepared ingredients and marinate.

Take another plate and set it up, add sesame seeds for decoration. Ready to eat.
Tips:
Cucumbers must be kept in the refrigerator to be more crisp. The apple cider vinegar is not too sour, and less sugar is enough to enhance the flavor.
