Refreshing Cucumber Roll

After washing the cucumber, use a grater or a planer to cut into thin slices.

Roll up the cucumber slices one by one and fix them with a toothpick.
3.
Cut millet peppers into slices and arrange them evenly.
4.
Add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sugar to a small bowl, then add some water and stir well.
5.
Pour the sweet and sour sauce into the plate.
