Refreshing Egg Ham Fried Rice

Cook the corn first! Here I use fresh corn on the cob, which is sweeter!

Pick the oyster mushrooms again! Boil water and cook!

Peel the corn into corn kernels! Cut the cucumber and ham into cubes!

This is the most important step! I found a bag with plastic wrap! Put the overnight meal in! Beat 4 more eggs in! Knead the egg and rice thoroughly with your hands (the fried rice will have distinct grains and beautiful color!) The picture below is a photo of me pouring it into a bowl after squeezing it.

Add a small amount of oil to the pan to heat, pour the rice, stir fry, and cook

Then add spare corn kernels, diced cucumber, diced ham, and oyster mushrooms and stir fry

Finally, add a small amount of salt and Haitian oyster sauce and stir well.
