Refreshing Enoki Mushroom

Shred the cucumber, chop the string pepper and millet pepper and set aside.

Boil the enoki mushrooms for three minutes, over cool water, and then squeeze dry.

Put the cucumbers, enoki mushrooms, chili, vinegar, oyster sauce, chicken essence and salt in a bowl and mix well, then put on a plate. Ready to eat.
Tips:
What I made is low-fat, children's shoes that don't need to lose weight can be put in appropriate amount of sugar, and the sesame oil will taste better.
