Refreshing Fungus

Prepare the ingredients and seasonings

Prepare a large basin of cold boiled water in advance to cool the fungus

Fungus blanched too cold

Sliced red pepper and carrot

After the fungus is cooled and water is controlled, put in the cut red pepper and carrots with some salt

Pour some cooking wine

Pour cold vinegar, normal white vinegar will do

Tips:
This cold fungus doesn’t add a bit of oil, it tastes moderately sweet and sour, slightly spicy and refreshing, so I call it refreshing fungus
