Black fungus is rich in gelatinous substances and crude fiber to promote intestinal digestion and clean up blood waste. It has a reputation as a human scavenger. The fungus eaten after the festival can not be better for intestinal cleansing and detoxification!

Refreshing Fungus

1. Prepare the ingredients and seasonings

2. Prepare a large basin of cold boiled water in advance to cool the fungus
