Refreshing Fungus Salad

Prepare the materials.

Tear the fungus, add a little salt after boiling water, and blanch the fungus for 1 minute.

Remove and drain the water, add some sugar and light soy sauce, and mix well.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut each into 4 pieces, and cut the colored pepper into small slices.
