Refreshing Green Pepper Cup

A large collection of materials cleaned up.

Divide the green pepper into two at the waist, dig out the green pepper core in the lower half, and divide the upper half into two halves. You can chop the middle ring part into small pieces.

Cut green peppers and shallots, and cherry tomatoes in half.

Beat the eggs. Stir-fried. The scrambled eggs are served and set aside.

Put a little oil in the wok, pour in the cherry tomatoes and fry until soft, then pour the green peppers and green onions and stir fry. Add the right amount of salt. Add some oyster sauce.

Finally, pour in the eggs and stir-fry well.

Serve out and place in the cut green pepper cup.
Tips:
If you like to eat more soup, you can sauté the cherry tomatoes.
