Refreshing Hot and Sour Chicken Feet

Add some cornstarch and peanut oil to the chicken feet, grab it with your hands, and rinse with water. Repeat two or three times to remove the taint and fishy smell.

Put enough water to boil, the water should be able to submerge the chicken feet. Put the chicken feet in the water after boiling, turn off the heat when the water boils again, and simmer for 12 minutes.

Tips:
Be sure to use ice water. You can put cold boiled water in the refrigerator in advance, and then add ice cubes. The skin and flesh of the chicken feet will shrink and it will be refreshing.
