Refreshing Hot and Sour White Radish

Prepare ingredients: fresh white radish, apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar, chili, cool boiled

Wash the radish and cut into thin slices evenly, because the selected size is not big, tender and moisture enough, not peeled

Put the radishes in a bowl, add some salt, and marinate for 20 minutes

Cut the chili into small pieces and set aside
