LG came back from Russia and talked about the way Russians eat mashed potatoes. They steamed and crushed potatoes, added some onions and salt, and ate them directly. In fact, this way of eating is also very healthy when you think about it. Without frying, the nutrients of potatoes are maintained very well, and the taste remains unchanged. Today I made this kind of mashed potatoes, but I couldn’t help adding some chili peppers and garnishing it. The result was really satisfying, refreshing and delicious.

Ingredients

Refreshing Mashed Potatoes

1. Peel and wash potatoes.
Cut large slices into the steamer and steam for about 20 minutes until cooked.

2. Wash the hot peppers and onions.

3. All cut into small granules.

4. Take out the steamed potatoes and mash them with a spoon.

5. Add onion and peppercorns.

6. Add some salt, not too much, just salty.

7. Mix well.

8. After lukewarm, the mashed potatoes are massed into a ball the size of a table tennis ball.

9. Squeeze a little tomato sauce on each mashed potato ball.

Tips:

Salt, not too much, just salty. Let it dry for a while to form a ball, and it is best to eat when there is residual temperature.
