Refreshing Sesame Sauce Mixed Vegetables

Peel the garlic and mash it into a puree.

Tips:
Needle mushrooms must fly fast, so it’s the easiest to put them in the pot. The minced garlic must be cut first and exposed to air for more than 10 minutes to fully produce allicin. Tahini is delicious, but one person should not exceed 10 grams a day. The seasoning can be freely according to your own taste.
