Refreshing Spicy Chicken Shreds
1.
Clean the materials! Actually, you don’t need to put day lily. For my personal taste, I like it better!
2.
Double cut the chicken thigh to make it easy to be cooked! But don't draw too much, lest the chicken shreds don't form. Cook on high heat for half an hour!
3.
Cut bell peppers, celery, and green onions into shreds and set aside!
4.
Chop garlic and ginger into foam for later use!
5.
Fresh day lily contains a toxin called colchicine. So it must be processed before consumption. Blanch the fresh day lily with boiling water, pick up and set aside!
6.
After the chicken thigh is cooked, it can be torn when it is cold! I like torn by hand, it tastes better! Of course, if you find it time-consuming, you can also use a knife to cut into silk!
7.
Prepare spicy seasoning, add salt, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, pepper oil, chili oil, and white sesame seeds to the bowls of ginger and garlic froth, and mix well! (You can add some chicken broth oil in the pot, the fresh fragrance does not need to add chicken essence, the taste is no longer)
8.
Pour the spicy seasoning into the prepared chicken shreds, drizzle with sesame oil before serving, and sprinkle some white sesame seeds!
