Refreshing Sushi
1.
Prepare ingredients
2.
Cut potatoes into thick strips soak in water
3.
Drain the water and fry until golden on both sides. In fact, this step should be cooked first, but I will omit it if I am lazy.
4.
Soak up the oil with absorbent paper
5.
Sliced ham and fried in strips
6.
After the potato chips and ham have soaked up the oil, add your favorite seasoning. The cumin powder I used is so fragrant!
7.
The eggs were spread out into pancakes. I was busy taking pictures, but the spread became thick and it didn't matter, so I just cut them into thin strips.
8.
Made sushi vinegar, well, the taste varies from person to person. I used 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a little salt, and boil the sugar over a low fire.
9.
Spread sea moss on the sushi curtain, rough side up, and then spread rice
10.
Don’t spread the top rice all over, save a little, then wrap the fresh-keeping bag to press the rice, this step can also be omitted
11.
Squeeze the salad dressing and spread all kinds of ingredients
12.
Roll up, there is a video on how to roll up this step, it's good if you are proficient.
13.
Let stand for 1 minute, and then cut. When cutting, cut a knife with some water, so it is easy to cut!
14.
The rice was not enough, so I made a rice ball. Anyway, just stuff some ingredients and pinch it. It's very convenient.
Tips:
1. Those who don't like sushi vinegar, actually don't need it.
2. The ingredients should be blanched. Blanch in advance. Fry whatever you want, just do whatever you want!
3. The rice should be soft, not hard.
4. You don't need to coat the salad dressing completely, leave a gap on both sides
