Ingredients: pork filling, egg, lotus root, rape, carrot, red pepper,
Seasoning: 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, salt, water starch, pepper, 2 aniseed, chopped green onion, ginger slices

Add chopped lotus root, minced green onion and ginger, a pinch of salt, egg white, and a pinch of water to the minced meat and whipped in one direction.
