Ribs and Barley Rice Congee

Ingredients: ribs (washed and blanched), rice (washed), barley kernels (soaked), chives

Wash the soaked barley seeds.

Put the blanched ribs and the washed barley kernels into the pressure cooker.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add some water to a boil.
