Just a few red mushrooms can cook a pot of fresh and sweet soup!

Ribs and Red Mushroom Soup

1. Wash the ribs and soak for a while

2. Soak for a while to wash off the sand and set aside

3. Ribs under cold water, skim the floating powder after boiling, add cooking wine and cook for 40 minutes

4. Finally, add the washed red mushrooms and cook for half an hour, then add some salt.
