Ribs and Yam Soup

Prepare pork ribs, yam, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, salt, spare, peeled yam, wash and cut into pieces

After the pork ribs are blanched, rinse them well and set aside. Add enough water to the pressure cooker, and add the pork ribs, yam, and ingredients

Close the lid of the pressure cooker, then press the button on the lid, hold it down for about 20 minutes, and then open the exhaust valve to exhaust

After the air is exhausted, press the button on the lid to open the lid, add an appropriate amount of salt, and put it into a small bowl.
