Ribs Braised Rice

Boil the ribs to remove the blood.

Diced potatoes and carrots

Shred green onion, slice ginger, and garlic. I forgot to shoot.

Put oil in the pan, fry the ginger slices and green onions, stir fry, add the ribs and fry, then add the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, water, salt, garlic slices, potatoes and carrots to cook. Cook for about five minutes.

Wash the rice well without water. Pour the cooked ribs into the rice cooker, just like normal rice cooking.

After the rice cooker trips, I use a rice spoon to turn over the rice. I also put some chopped green onions and some chopped green vegetables, sprinkled on it, and cooked.
Tips:
You can add more salt when frying the ribs, because after adding water and cooking the rice, if you put less salt, it will be lighter. It is a perfect match with a bowl of light vegetable soup.
