Ribs Braised Rice

1. Rinse the ribs with water

2. Put the ribs in dirty water, you can put onions and garlic

3. Pour out the drained ribs and drain the water

4. Pour oil in the pot, add the onion, ginger, garlic and sauté after the oil is hot

5. Put the ribs. Add in order: sugar, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and water. My family doesn't eat cooking wine, so I put more sugar to remove fishy. Dear friends can put cooking wine with less water. Cover the pot and simmer for a while.

6. Wash rice. Be sure to add less water than usual.

7. Pour the ribs into the rice and pour the soup together. Close the lid and press the steaming button.

Tips:

The water for steaming rice must be less than usual. Otherwise, add pork ribs soup, the steamed rice will be rotten.
