Ribs Braised Rice

Soak the ribs in bleeding water, change the water twice, blanch it for later use

Tips:
The water used to stew the ribs should be as little as possible, a little less than the usual steamed rice, because the vegetables will produce water, otherwise the rice will be sticky and not tasty. Add more salt in the right amount, because the rice also needs to have a taste.
