Ribs Braised Rice

Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, add ginger slices, and pour some cooking wine.

After allowing the blood foam to float, rinse with cold water.

Fry the ribs until browned, add sliced ginger, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, carrots and potatoes.

Pour rice, salt, and water over the ingredients.
