Ribs Braised Rice

Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, boil until the water boils and remove.

Pour oil in the pot, add the ribs and fry until fragrant, then add the onion, ginger, and garlic.

Pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt.

Rinse the rice, pour it into the pan and stir well.

Pour the food in the pot into the pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and select the ribs program.

In a separate pot, add oil, and fry the carrots and potato wedges until soft.

After the procedure is over, pour the vegetables into the pot, add some oyster sauce and salt and mix well.
Tips:
1. Pork ribs are best to choose small ribs, which taste better.
2. Don't add too much water, just keep the amount of rice simmered.
3. Finally, add some salt and mix well, otherwise the taste will be weak.
4. If the potatoes and carrots are put in advance, they will be very soft and tasteless.
