I really like to eat this multi-grain rice with 18 kinds of miscellaneous grains. The texture is glutinous and mellow, and it is very delicious. I really enjoy using it to make pork ribs braised rice!

Tips:

You can leave no or less salt when cooking the ribs, you can just use your family’s taste.
The Beichun multi-grain rice sold at Jiebawang Supermarket, which I used, is a mix and match of 18 kinds of miscellaneous grain rice. Especially fragrant, nutrition is second to none. Each bag contains 5 kg, which is convenient for storage and retrieval.
