Ribs Braised Rice

Blanch the ribs and put them in a pot.

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir and stir well, add salt and sugar to the ribs in boiling water.

Bring to a boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 20 minutes.

Prepare germ rice.

Wash it out.

Spread the ribs on top of the rice.

Dice cucumber.

Tips:
Germ rice is new rice, which has a higher water content, so the cooking rice should be slightly reduced in water. \nInstead of taking great pains to match meals, it is better to treat yourself with a bowl of germ rice. A bowl of good rice is the best choice.
