Ribs Braised Rice

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot.

After the oil is hot, add the ribs and fry until golden on both sides.

Pour rice, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, shredded ginger, and green onions in a rice cooker.

Pour the ribs and appropriate amount of water.
5.
Two spoons of cooking wine, one spoon of soy sauce, and two spoons of light soy sauce.
6.
Stir evenly and steam it.
