Ribs and corn soup is a food tonic soup. The main cooking technique is stewing. The soup is cool and sweet. It is very popular and suitable for lazy people to make.

Ribs Corn Soup

1. "Ingredients"

Spare ribs/corn/red dates/yam wolfberry/green onion knot/ginger slice/carrot/ cooking wine/salt

2. Pork ribs under cold water, add green onion knot, ginger slices and cooking wine.

3. Boil the floating foam, remove it, and let it cool.
