Ribs Corn Soup

"Ingredients"
Spare ribs/corn/red dates/yam wolfberry/green onion knot/ginger slice/carrot/ cooking wine/salt

Pork ribs under cold water, add green onion knot, ginger slices and cooking wine.

Boil the floating foam, remove it, and let it cool.

Rinse with clean water.

Put the green onion knot and sliced ginger into a casserole.

Pour in enough water and add cooking wine.

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes.

Cut carrots, corn, and yam into pieces.

Put the yam into clean water for later use.

After adding corn, continue to simmer for 20 minutes.
