Ribs Rice

Wash the pork ribs and soak them in clean water for 60 minutes to remove blood and peculiar smells.

Drain the soaked ribs and put them in a deep-boiled pot.

Add cold water, bring to a boil on high heat, and remove the foam.
It must be cleaned, otherwise it will affect the taste.

Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, weigh the various spices accurately, wrap them in gauze, and make a spice bag.

After skimming the froth from the ribs, put in the green onion ginger and spice bag, and then add the right amount of boiling water to make sure that the ribs are covered.

Tips:
1. The ribs should be soaked in water for enough time, otherwise they will easily have peculiar smell;
