Ribs Stewed

Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces, boil the water in the boiling pot, put the ribs in a boil, skim off the blood foam, immerse them in cold water, clean them and drain the water.

Wash the old corn and cut into small pieces. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into larger hob pieces.

Select the oily beans to remove the old tendons, pinch off the ends, wash them, and break them in half.

Heat the wok, pour the oil and heat it slightly, add star anise, cinnamon, pepper, green onion, and ginger until fragrant.

Pour the ribs and stir fry, add soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, and stir-fry evenly with enough water. After boiling, add corn, pumpkin, and oil beans. Bring to a low heat and cover and simmer for about 40 minutes.

Cut the eggplant into hob pieces and put it in the pot, add salt and simmer for about 10 minutes until cooked.
