Ribs Stewed with White Radish

Chopped ribs

Put water in the pot and boil, add the ribs, blanch the water, skim the foam and remove it

Add water to the casserole and boil, add the blanched ribs, add the green onion and sliced ginger, simmer for 10 minutes, then change to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes

White radish cut into hob pieces

Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, add the white radish and simmer for another 20 minutes

Just add salt and pepper
