Although sweet and sour pork ribs is a common practice, it is a favorite meal for many people. I changed the balsamic vinegar to grape vinegar, which is also super delicious

Ribs with Grape Vinegar Sauce

1. Each material

2. Ribs are blanched in boiling water to remove the floating powder

3. Ribs are drained of water and set aside

4. Hot pot, saute ginger slices

5. Fry the lower ribs for 3 minutes

6. Put in the seasonings

7. Infused grape vinegar

8. Add appropriate amount of water to boil over high heat, turn to low heat and boil for 40 minutes

9. Season with salt

10. Then drain the juice until 90%, turn off the heat

11. Serve the ribs, sprinkle some sesame seeds and chopped green onion, and serve
