Rice Bean Brown Rice Congee

1. Soak the rice beans in water for half a day to overnight;

2. Rice, brown rice and rice beans are mixed together and washed thoroughly;

3. Put it in a ceramic pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on medium and low heat, and slowly boil the porridge over a slow fire until the porridge is cooked to the desired consistency (pay attention to a little stirring in the middle).
