The rice cake is a popular breakfast in Shanghai. With the improvement of living standards, you can hardly see the rice cakes anymore. The original rice cakes are slightly salty. Now we are making an upgraded version of the rice cakes. Chopped green onion and QQ sausages taste really good.

Rice Cake

1. The rice is washed and cooked with salt

2. Cut into small dices with your own heart and spare

3. After the rice is cooked, let it cool and put in the spare intestines

4. Add green onions and mix well

5. Put the mixed rice in a non-stick pan and put it in the refrigerator overnight

6. Take out and cut into pieces the next day

7. Heat up the frying pan, add the rice and fry

8. Fry until golden on both sides

Tips:

1. The mixed rice can be placed in a fresh-keeping box without a non-stick plate, and it can be prevented by applying some oil
2. Pan-fried rice should not be used on low fire, but medium fire
