Rice Cooker Braised Rice

Peel the corn and wash it with the rice

Wash the rice, add appropriate amount of water, put the sausage down, and select the cooking function. The cooking function in my home is for 45 minutes.

Wash all the ingredients, cut the shiitake mushrooms into cross flowers, dice parsley, rinse the shrimp, peel the shell and leave the shrimp tails, remove the shrimp thread

When the rice cooks for 15 minutes, add shrimp, mushrooms, peas, parsley, cover and continue to cook

After 30 minutes, jump to the heat preservation state, keep heat for 3 minutes

Then add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, stir well, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Braised rice like fried rice. Delicious but not hot
Tips:
The water used to make braised rice must be less than the water used in ordinary cooking. If there is too much water, it will not taste good.
