Rice Cooker Bread
1.
Stir whole wheat flour, sugar and yeast powder evenly
2.
Rinse the milk with warm water, slowly add the milk to the dough and knead it into a dough
3.
Butter, eggs, take it out of the refrigerator in advance (we don’t like the taste of butter, so we only take it out)
4.
Add butter to the kneaded dough and continue kneading
5.
Knead it into a smooth dough and cover it with plastic wrap (I forgot to take a photo at this step. Turn a bowl of water in the microwave, turn it for 6 minutes and then take it out. Put the bowl of dough covered with plastic wrap in the microwave and cover it. Wipe, ferment for 1 and a half hours)
6.
This is fermented
7.
I made a hole in the middle of the dough with my fingers, and it should be ready.
8.
Knead the made dough again, I randomly divided it into 5 small doughs with my hands, flattened one of the doughs in my palms, and pulled larger
9.
Wrap a bit of nuts and wrap all the dough in turn
10.
Preheat the rice cooker in advance
11.
Oil in the pan
12.
Put the nut-covered dough in it and let it rise again for 40 minutes
13.
Brush another layer of whole egg liquid, sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds, and another layer of whole egg liquid
14.
Press the cooking key (it takes 30 minutes for my home appliance rice cooker)
15.
Finish, simmer for half an hour
16.
Yummy
