Rice Cooker Vegetable Pilaf
1.
Thaw the green beans and corn, and dice the salted pork neck;
2.
Wash the rice down the pot, add water until the rice noodles are about 1 cm high, add bacon, green beans and corn, add salt and oil, stir for a few times, cover with the lid, and press Rice;
3.
When cooking the rice, cut the cabbage into shreds;
4.
After the rice pot is boiling, do not open the lid all at once, let the water vapor go away, then open it again, put the cabbage in, close the lid and continue cooking until the rice pot is automatically transferred to heat preservation, because the cabbage is put later. So keep it warm for 15-30 minutes. After enough time, stir the rice evenly to start the meal.
Tips:
1. If the cabbage is cut in the morning, the vegetable will become too soft;
2. If you use an electric pressure cooker to cook rice, you can leave the pressure limiting valve unclosed, which is equivalent to an ordinary rice cooker. Of course, you can also "end" one pot;
3. When you eat it, you feel it tastes good enough. You can add some soy sauce or pickles to taste.
