This braised rice is very simple and convenient. The ribs are added to the rice and cooked together. The fat of the ribs makes the rice grains taste great. Even if you add vegetables that you don’t usually eat, it becomes delicious~

Rice Cooker Vegetable Ribs Braised Rice

1. Dice carrots and shiitake mushrooms, chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic.

2. Boil the ribs with cold water in the pot, and pass the cold water twice to remove the foam and increase the texture of the meat.

3. Pour the oil in the pot and heat up, add the onion, ginger, garlic and star anise until fragrant.

4. Fry the ribs first, fry the ribs until both sides change color, then pour in carrots and mushrooms and stir fry a few times.

5. Then pour in warm water to cover two-thirds of the ribs and bring to a boil.

6. After it is boiled, add seafood soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt and continue to boil for 10 minutes.

7. Put the rice in the rice cooker, add less water than usual, pour in the cooked ribs, add a tablespoon of the soup to cook the ribs, and then press the cook button to cook the rice normally~
