Rice Cooker Version Soy Sauce Chicken

Wash the chicken and marinate it with salt, ginger, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, honey, peanut oil, and white pepper for 2 to 4 hours. Can be put in the refrigerator for later use.

Spread a layer of peanut oil in the rice cooker without moisture. When the oil is hot, add the shallots, ginger slices, and garlic until fragrant. Then add the marinated chicken, bake for 5-8 minutes, turn over the chicken body. Bake for another 5-8 minutes. If it burns during the baking process, you can add some water appropriately.

Finally keep warm for 2-3 minutes. Take the chicken out and grab the oil. Pour out the side dishes and oil in the rice cooker for later use.

Finally, cut the chicken into a pot. Pour the garnish and oil.
Tips:
If you have enough time, you can marinate the chicken overnight and keep it fresh in the refrigerator. This adds more flavor.
