Rice Cooker Version~two-color Cake

Purple sweet potato and pumpkin peeled and sliced and steamed for 20 minutes

Tips:
Pumpkin itself contains a lot of sugar and water, so you can’t put too much sugar and water, lest the batter is too thin. Purple potato itself also contains sugar, but the water content is low, so put less sugar and more water, otherwise the batter will be too dry and protein. It must be separated from the egg yolk, otherwise the egg whites will be difficult to beat!
You can use a few chopsticks if you don’t have a whisk. I personally think that a fork is better than chopstick
