Rice Crackers

Wash the rice and soak it in water for a day or overnight

Soak the rice, put the water in the cooking machine and make it into rice paste

Add yeast and sugar and stir evenly to ferment for an hour or two. It’s enough if it becomes porous.

After the fermentation is complete, use the electric pancake to fry until there are a lot of bubbles, and the sides are dry (the lid will be closed for about a minute)
