Rice Crisp

Heat the rice, you can use a steamer or microwave

After it’s hot, break it up and break it into pieces.

Add black sesame seeds, chili noodles, thirteen spices, salt, dry starch, and less oil

Mix well with a spoon

Put it in a food bag and roll it out into thin slices. It must be thinner, or it is too thick and it tastes too hard to taste.

Put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, take it out and cut into small pieces

Heat oil in the pan, 50% hot, fry it, be careful of oil splash

Drain the oil

It must be made thinner, I made it a bit thicker, not thin and crispy, remember the thin one
