Rice Noodle Soup

Prepare the stock, I used pigeon soup

Wash the rice noodles and set aside

Chinese cabbage and green onions are also washed

Bring the broth to a boil, add the rice noodles and the white part of Chinese cabbage

Chinese cabbage leaves and green onions cut into small pieces

Boil the rice noodles and cabbage head in the pot until the rice noodles are soft
7.
Add the upper part of Chinese cabbage and green onion, cook again for a minute, add salt to taste, and it will be out.
