Rice Pancakes

Wash the potatoes, peel them, and shred them; wash and chop the green cabbage leaves; dice the ham; wash and chop the green onions, and put them in a rice bowl.

Add some salt, pepper, and chicken essence, stir well, and knead into rice balls for later use.

Put some oil in the pan, put down the rice balls, flatten them lightly with a spatula, and fry them until golden on both sides.
