Rice Pizza

First, remove the head and skin of the shrimp, pick out the gut, and pat the back of the shrimp with a knife. Remove the black film and cut the squid into strips. Shrimp and squid are marinated in cooking wine for 10 minutes

Bring the water in the boiling pot to a boil, put the shrimp and squid in the pot to quickly blanch the water, then take out and control the water for later use

Take an appropriate amount of tomato sauce, add a little water and salt and stir well and set aside. Dice the onion and prepare the butter

Now cut some onion diced, cucumber diced and small tomato diced for garnish

Take the pizza out and spread a layer of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle onion, cucumber, tomato and a little pepper on the surface.

Tips:
1. Shrimp and squid should be blanched, and then controlled to dry, otherwise the water will be too much and the pizza will not taste good;
2. Don't cook the rice too badly. The water volume during cooking is slightly less than usual. Brush the pizza pan with butter or vegetable oil, otherwise it will stick to the pan;
3. The baking time and temperature can be adjusted according to your own oven.
